• Grade 12 students must self-register via the official website of the Emirates Standard Test using UAE PASS, or contact the school coordinator to register their Emirates ID.
• Registration for the EmSAT is not considered a substitute for registration in the NAPO system, so grade 12 students must ensure registration in the NAPO system.
• Students of previous years and other candidates must self-register via the EmSAT (Achieve) portal, and pay the necessary fees. Please see the fees policy and guide.


EmSAT candidates can cancel the test date when necessary, bearing in mind that registration for the test closes 10 days before the scheduled date for grade 12 students, and 6 days for other candidates (after which he will not be able to change or cancel the date, and he must apply for the test, otherwise he will be recorded absent if he did not attend.*)

* The candidate can choose the appropriate date and place according to the approved test schedule on the EmSAT calendar page with handling full responsibility for their choices.


It is necessary to be in the test center 30 minutes before the test scheduled time, if the candidate was 15 minutes late he will not be allowed to take the test and will be considered absent. to find out more information about the test centers' locations, please visit the EmSAT calendar page

• Grade 12 students must bring with them a copy of their test ticket, and their original Emirates / National ID (copies or screenshots will not be accepted). Otherwise, the student will not be permitted to enter the test and will be considered absent.

• If the student was absent, the system will not allow him to retake the test unless he submit evidence of his absence explaining the excuse such as : the occasion of relative death, sick leave that issued from an authorized health authority. The request will be verified by committee then, the fees paid will remain in the student’s account to register for the upcoming EmSAT if it is accepted and the student would be considered absent if his request was rejected, the fees will not be refunded, and the absences policy will be applied.

• Candidates have the chance to repeat any test after 30 days of the first attempt.

A test taker who violates the rules or attempts to cheat in any way will be penalized as follows:
• Withholding the results of subjects where the violation was detected.
• It is allowed to re-register in the subject test in which the violation was detected after three months from the date of the test.
• in case the test taker repeats cheating regardless of the mechanism will not be allowed to retake the test for a period of six months from the date f the test.


• The Grade 12 students receives the test result at least 15 working days after the test.
• Previous year's graduates receive the test result at least 10 working days after they have taken the test.
• All test taker will receive an email stating that the results are available in his account on the test platform. Results will not be posted or shared on any other channel and the student must access his account only on the test platform.



Test Payment Policy:
- Test fees are imposed on all EmSAT Achieve test takers according to the categories mentioned below.
- Candidates’ test results will be withheld until payment is processed succesfully for those who are imposed to pay.
- The amounts paid will be refunded to the candidates wallet on the portal in case the test is canceled before the registration is closed.
- The paid amounts will not refund in cases of absence without an acceptable excuse.
- Only the children of the frontline heroes from grade 12 students are exempted from the test fees.
- The tax amount is calculated at the stage of payment In accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
