• Grade 12 students must self-register via the official website of the Emirates Standard Test using UAE PASS.
• Registration for the EmSAT is not considered a substitute for registration in the NAPO system, so grade 12 students must ensure registration in the NAPO system.
• Students of previous years and other candidates must self-register via the EmSAT (Achieve) portal, and pay the necessary fees. Please see the fees policy and guide.

• EmSAT applicants may cancel their test appointments if necessary. However, it is important to note that test registration closes seven days prior to the scheduled appointment. After this period, applicants will not be able to change or cancel their appointments. They must attend the test as scheduled. Failure to do so will result in being marked as absent.
• Applicants can select their preferred date and location according to the approved test schedule available on the EmSAT calendar page. They are fully responsible for their choices.

Test applicants must arrive at the testing center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. No late arrivals will be allowed after the test start time, and late arrival will be recorded as an absence. Notig that you should reach the assessment center using the direct link that were sent to your email once the booking is completed or you may access EmSAT website that is available in your portal.

In order to enter the test rooms, test takers must present their original Emirates ID or original passport. Paper copies or phone photos will not be accepted. The use of the digital ID app is permissible. Failure to present the required documents will result in the test taker being denied entry to the test rooms, and their absence will be recorded for this test.

If the candidate was absent from the EmSAT test, an official excuse must be provided (such as a certified medical certificate, accident report, death certificate of first or second-degree relatives, or a formal letter from the employer, etc.). The excuse will be reviewed by the relevant committee. If the excuse is accepted, the test booking fee will be refunded (if already paid), and a retake of the test will be allowed. If no excuse is provided for the absence, the applicant must pay the test fee for the missed test and will be allowed to retake the test after 30 days from the date of the missed test and need to pay fees for the new retake .

• Candidates have the chance to repeat any test after 30 days of the first attempt.
|
- A test applicant found violating the rules or attempting to cheat may retake the test for the subject in which the violation occurred three months after the original test date.
- Upon a repeated offense, the test applicant will be prohibited from retaking the test for a period of six months from the date of the test.

• Emirates Standardized Test results are typically available within 10-15 business days and are accessible on the EmSAT portal.
• Test applicants are notified of result availability through their test portal account via email. Results will not be published or shared through any other channel.

Test Payment Policy:
- Test booking service fees for Emirates Standardized Testing have been established according to Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2021, as outlined in the table below.
-Emirates Standardized Test service fees are imposed on all test applicants according to the categories specified in the table below.
-Amounts paid will be refunded to the applicant's account on the portal in case of test cancellation before the booking closing date.
-Amounts paid will not be refunded in case of absence without acceptable excuse, necessitating payment of the absentee test booking fee in addition to the retake fee.
-Grade 12 students' first-degree relatives in the defense line are exempted from test booking fees.
-Tax amounts are calculated at the payment stage in accordance with applicable regulations at the Federal Tax Authority in the United Arab Emirates.
-Test results will be displayed upon completion of the test booking fee payment.

• After the registration closing date, (which is provided in the booking confirmation email), test takers will no longer be able to cancel their registration or request for a refund or fee adjustment.

• Test takers are advised to not bring personal items, including luggage and electronic devices, to the testing center. The Ministry and the testing center are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, including cash, jewelry, phones, smartwatches, or computers.
